Website redesign

We are looking for a web designer to redesign an existing website. The design needs to be in CSS and compatible with all the major browsers. The site will be built out of three main page structures: 1. The home page that needs to be an entrance portal to all the activities of the business. 2. The basic page - most to all pages in the site will comply with this design. 3. The home page of each activity that will differ according to the needs and type of activity offered. (up to 3 types). The website needs to have a main navigation area, depending on the design can have a submenu area that will appear according to the position of the user, and a footer which is mostly text. ## Deliverables Redesign of existing website We are looking for a web designer to redesign an existing website. The design needs to be in CSS and compatible with all the major browsers. * You should code table-less xHTML/CSS, maximizing CSS compatibility and size optimisation of the CSS file produced for layout. Code should be optimised for Load Speed. * You should provide the PSD, graphics (all involved pictures and icons), fonts, files, etc, and the finished work as xHTML/CSS code for the pages. It must run and look ok at least in IE6, IE7 and Firefox. * You grant that all the work is original and made by you, so you’ll firm a contract granting this and giving me all the rights of the work done (work by hire). The website is multi language thus the design needs to enable most elements to be textual with appropriate backgrounds. At first stage the site will be in English. No programming is needed since it will be done by us, yet specification for the implementation of the CSS will need to be sent as will the XHTML files.
