We are a Paris based embassy who would like to add following services to our current WordPress website (located at [url removed, login to view]). We prefer it to be user-friendly on both interfaces, user- and administration side:

Required services for: [url removed, login to view]

User side:

- Online registration

- Login page

- Online appointment booking page (choose application type, read requirements, fee, process duration)

- Reschedule/Cancel an appointment

- E-mail and SMS confirmation

- Online process track

- E-mail and SMS notifications about processing steps

- Receive messages from Consular Services

- Choose interface language

Admin side:

- Edit and submit appointment availability hours/time slots (Administrator and Manager)

- Edit and submit a list of services (application types), requirements, (e.g. it takes 3-5 weeks to process a passport) processing fees (Administrator and Manager)

- Edit and submit appointment duration (Administrator and Manager)

- Edit the booking availability for an available appointment (when it is too late to book an appointment. For example 1 hour before the actual appointment time) (Administrator and Manager)

- Set unavailability dates e.g. holidays. (Administrator)

- Edit and submit appointment types (e.g. Submit application, receive information, meeting etc.) (Administrator and Manager)

- Choose auto-confirmation for all available appointments (Administrator)

- Edit and submit new roles and employees: Administrator, Manager, Employee (Administrator)

- Edit and submit language pack (Administrator)

- View and print appointments list. Filter appointments after: Day, Week, Month, Status, Employee, Service (All)

- View and update process info on an appointment (All)

- Approve one or multiple appointments (All)

- Send message (SMS or Email) to the applicant (All)

- Receive on site real-time notifications about upcoming appointments, unprocessed appointments (not updated with process info), unfinished process (after service type and process duration) (All)
