Custom Learning Management System

I need a custom Learning Management System built with Laravel framework. Main features: 1. Admin account who manage everything 2. Teacher, student, parent registration 3. Each account has their own roles (will be fully explained) 4. Question Bank 5. Quizes with timer that supports MCQ, equation, numbering, etc 6. Digital downloads for past year exam papers 7. Student performance based on the quizzes that take 8. Student can ask teacher a question 9. Student account divided into three: 1. Elementary 2. O Levels 3. A Levels (Be able to change this value for admin) 10. Subjects will be available according to the student account types (refer no. 9) 11. Achievement Badges (Able to edit its functions too) 12. Pricing according to account types (refer no. 9). So the idea is, student need to pay to take these lessons online (Setting also be able to change either admin wants it annually, monthly or by course) 13. Payment by PayPal/Braintree and with any available payment gateway that is acceptable worldwide. 14. Admin able to add custom values for the profile (ex. Schools) 15. Messaging and Notification is a must 16. Library. Teacher is able to add articles in respective topics under a category. And all teachers are able to edit the created article (Need a setting where admin too able to enable/disable this option) 17. Contact page 18.
