PSD to HTML/CSS Responsive 4

We need to make a landing page in HTML5 Responsive, based on an existing design (we attach the JPG sample with the design and DOC with detailed specs for each element of the land. We will provide the original PSD via DRIVE once we assign the project) * The HTML5 files must be responsive and they must have optimal UX in all devices! * Coded version has to be equal to the PSD (colors, margins, alignment of text, images) or as equal as possible. * We demand of the freelancer to have extra care with details, margins and code optimization. * Use media queries, do not duplicate html code * Our style of work demand some feedback instances before the project is marked as completed. * To create favicons we recommend "[login to view URL]" as we need the complete set of favicons for all devices. In this particular project, we need to make a second land with similar structure but different content. We will create an extra milestone with extra money for that adaptation! (Image and PSD of the adaptation will be added to the DRIVE folder after the first milestone is completed) We offer USD30 for the completion of the first land and an additional USD10 for the second adaptation.
