Hi; I used to work with WPML a lot, because my main customer base works with Russian Federation, Arabic countries, etc. Also quite efficient on WooCommerce, which I built 2 big online shops. Definitely, I can integrate both, and make them "update proof", which is important, as you dont want to a broken system when you update those 2 big plugins (though WPML is not updated frequently; but WooCommerce is quite active and a huge project, and they always fix major bugs in every update) Feel free to ask questions you have in mind.
