Add and modify features to landing page

Job Description:
I have a one-page landing template, which I have previously bought.
I want to modify some jscript and css features, add features from another template I bought, and add database connectivity to my one page template. Its should be an easy project for a knowledgeable css and js coder.
I have two requirements: 1. I need someone with strong css and js knowledge (no hack work) and 2. I want to work directly with the developer and be in constant communication until the job is finished.
