Add module to shopping cart and other features

We basically want to build the modules for the catering within Our shopping cart system that we have. Please use the webpage [login to view URL] as a representation of the concept we are attempting to achieve. Mainly how order is taken online and how reservation for catering services are done on this site. • Clients should be able to customize order/menu. Manage foods – Add/Remove/Edit foods includes side orders and addons • Client should be able to select from a list of beverages • Add Location to be selected prior to ordering. **Ability to update order status manually by admin and display to customer in user panel. Admin should have Ability to edit and add status to orders...meaning type of status. Admin can now assign status to orders but nor create/edit status. • Add the ability to take deposits on orders (Develop AS A MODULE on our shopping cart) Catering MODULE needed =============== • Customer should be able to apply for catering services. • Register a catering event. • Customers should be able to Request/reserve event date • Register catering date a week in advance. • Appointment setting for services business...limit based on seating, number of person...availability of date, calendar for admin (CRM) plus auto reminder. • Dates less than a week in advance can be logged as pending for confirmation. • Register event location. • Use google maps to locate event location. • Customer should be able to customize menu for catering event. State the catered amount for event. • Receive quotation based on the information presented in via website. Part of the order process with print button. Convert Quote to Invoice with 30-day to convert to invoice. • Items on website should be tied to inventory amounts, so as to register items as unavailable once exceeded. Inventory based on meals.
