front-end: a menu which will bear the name: "complaints" will be added to the crm. the page will contain:
-First Name, Last name, Email, phone number, address and :
-dropdown menu with this different fields: state, towns,zones, and lga
when the user clicks on state, a drop-down of states shows, and when he selects state, the town's drop-down will show, when he selects towns, drop- down of zones shows, and when he selects zones, a dropdown of lga will show.
its in this order: state->towns->zones->lga.
note: towns will not be visible until state is clicked, zones will not be visible until towns is clicked, and lga will not be visible until zones is clicked.
- another dropdown which will show complaints categories, when selected, it will show subcategories, when selected, the issue code will be automatically selected.
then the submit button. the information goes to the database.
all the information can be searchable according to locations and complaints
back-end:there will be a standard report on the complaints, pie-chart, bar-chart or graph. which can be exportable, search for above informations, shows recent complaints
