Adding a new domain without using the cpanel interface

Hello: Please read carefully.
I am running my website on cpanel server.
Normally, if I want to add a new domain, I connect to cpanel and add a new domain from there.
BUT;
I want to create a button, an input and do this with PHP codes.
I will enter the new domain information in the input field and when I click the ADD NEW BUTTON button, it will automatically add the new domain on my cpanel server.
I talked to Cpanel, they gave me a link where I can do this, but I couldn't do it using php. This needs to be done by an expert. Read the thread carefully and give it a try yourself, write me if it works.
