1. Please read the project before placing bids.
2. I will not pay more than your bid. So, if your bid is 50 EUR, don't ask for 100 EUR when I am going to accept you. Please be honest and indicate real price.
3. No, you CAN NOT see my website before accepting my project. It's a new website and everything is only on my computer. But I will tell you how can you check everything to see if you can do what I want.
I just finished to create a responsive version of my project and want to create apps. The Android app is almost ready and this project is to do some customizations. I am not rich and can jot pay thausends of euros. That's why I want just a hybrid Webview app with some Android functions.
HOW TO CHECK IF YOU CAN DO WHAT I WANT?
Thanks to [login to view URL] - I have already converted my website into an app. You can download their code:
Just open it in Android studio to check if you can do what I want. For test purposes just change ASWV_URL to your URL.
WHAT I NEED
1. I want this App to run in background and every 5 minutes send a request to the server to check if user has new messages.
http://www.example-domain/[login to view URL]
The request must send all Webview cookies for this domain to be validated on the server. If it's not possible to send the Webview cookies, I need another method how to authenticate the user but I don't want to create a separate Android login form because my website already has login form.
If it will be necessary, I can add anything/change in the php file.
If there will be new messages, the [login to view URL] file will output simething like this:
If there will be new messages, they must appear as notificacions and mobile phone must produce some sound y/o vibrate. The notifications should disappear when user opens my App.
I use HTML5 geolocation in my php script. It works fine in desktop and mobile browsers but it doesn't work in Android Webview. The dialog that asks for permission
to detect location just does not appear. I have included in the manifest:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
but it doesn't help - there is no dialog.
Important: I don't want the app to ask for permission to detect location when users starts the app. This is already included in the provided code and must be disabled. I want that the dialog that asks for permission to detect location appears in a specific webpage.
Here you can see example code that I use for geolocation:
This code doesn't work in Webview - the dialog does not appear.
That's all the rest of he app is already done in the sample code that you can download from github.
