Auction site requires update and fixes

Auction site requires some updating and bug fixes. Site is already a high traffic fully functional auction site with complex admin panel.

Bug fixes involve very simple php coding errors and changes on the site files. Admin will deliver accurate instructions via a messanger service throughout the work. max of about 10 small bug fixes. shouldnt take more than 30 mins.

Site also requires several upgrades including,

i)intergration of a coupon system for admin to issue free auction listings

ii)auto renew service if auction item does not sell (automatically relists for free if seller wishes until sold).

iii) text on listings updated to allow seller to add colors, font size and paragraph breaks, currently only basic one font wording.

iv) seller has option to add new category/sub category/product name after approval of admin. auction will be made into pending by admin before it is approved.

We may require a few more features to be intergrated but they are very simple.

Need immediate help on this. Good english a must and must be online now. Max time needed 1-5 hours.
