Auto Sales Assistant

I need someone to create a dealership management system for me. I already have the design ready. I simply need someone to create the database for me. A short list of features I need for the program: 1. The script has to be able to run on a local machine. Some parties may wish to use the software online; others may want it to be on a local network. ( 2. The sales assistant would be able to calculate the income/expenses for a dealer. 3. The software would be designed to accommodate only one dealer, but with more than one sales person logging into the database. 4. There will be no need for a picture/upload of picture facility. 5. I need a make/model JavaScript populate menu 6. The system should also have the ability to calculate the income before VAT and after VAT. 7. Also have the ability to change the VAT percentage when needed. 8. Also a quote facility for a client when he/she wishes to have print-out for a certain vehicle. 9. The software should also have a client manager. Where the dealer has a database of all his/her clients. 10. Also have a client manager for people who fix/maintain the dealership’s stock. 11. Also have an invoice system that lists all expenses done by the contractors as mentioned in number 10. 12. Sales persons should not be able to see the income/expenses column. Only the Superuser. 13. Have a menu to alert the users when a client has purchased a vehicle a year or two years ago. This way the sales person can generate more business by asking the client if he/she doesn’t wish to trade-in the vehicle for a more recent model. 14. Have the ability to tell the sales person how many vehicles have been sold month to month. 15. Tell the user which vehicles have been on the sales floor for the longest time (Age Report) 16. The income/expenses division should generate a monthly report regards to all income and expenses. As well as a yearly report. 17. No need for localization options, just the ‘R’ South African Rand Currency. Hopefully this isn't too much of a difficult project. Anyone that can help? I am willing to increase the fee up to $700 if all my needs are met. Also the person selected for this project will have the option to provide me with updates. I will of course pay you for the updates!! Thank you.
