Background Image Optimization for Mobile Devices

Its like on this screenshot (attached screenshot1)
It should though show like this (attached screenshot2)
... meaning instead of starting to show that background image from the middle it should start showing it from the left on mobile devices so that it shows from the top of my head to down as far as possible (depending on the screen size) and from my left(back-)side to the right as far as possible (depending on the screen size).
If you know how to do that please drop me your offer with price + time until when you can finish this modification.
