Hi there,
We are looking at creating some 'content creation' type websites soon, one we have looked at would be bikepics.com. We need to close a similar website, where a person creates and account, and can create a profile on their motorbike and some info about it.
The info must be categorized into a dynamic directory on the site.
The site must be in PHP, with a MySQL database. Images should be stored in binary within the database.
Overall design isn't a big issue, but backend code that works well and secure is our priority.
We are looking into where we can put this in with our content creation plan, and at the moment if a successful bidder is found, will start work in approx a month.
We also will require all code, and exclusive ownership of the code, design, and intellectual property. Upon completion of the work, the programmer(s) must sign a legally binding agreement prepared to this standard.
