I can solve your problem easily through web-scrapping in Python. The spreadsheet will be updated with each request made on the Telegram channel without any delay. And If required you can get updates through email. contact me if you want to implement it. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for posting an interesting project. For that we need to make a web server which will listen to Telegram Bot hooks and send it to Google spreadsheets. I've worked on a similar project before and I have a wide range of experience when it comes to Bots and APIs.
