Bounce email of my email marketing Software is not coming to centora(zadmin) hosted mail box

It’s Urgent! We need to fix an issue , we use Centro as domain hosting panel . When we send an email to centora hosted email it receive email there is no issue at all in receiving normal email. But when we specify that email as bounce email in any “email marketing software” , whatever the email is bouncing it should come to this account but it’s not coming . when we are just changing bounce email address as email account hosted on cpanel , that receives bounced email without any issue . So looks there is some restriction or issue in centora hosted email that is not allowing to receive bounce email of my email marketing software. We need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. All source code and related setup must be done at our site. My team will do it with their self. You need to assist them and make all the things happen.
