I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based Brick Carting Logistic Application with a regional scope. The ideal candidate would have experience with web development and an understanding of logistics operations. The application should include the following specific features:
- Order Tracking: The application should allow users to track their orders from the point of collection to delivery.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: The application should provide users with the ability to schedule and dispatch their orders efficiently.
- Invoicing and Subcontractor payments

Background.
The customer is currently using an application developed in an old version of MSACCESS. The application is largely suitable except that key business functions are managed in emails and outside the application. They want these brought into the system.
In addition, the current solution is installed on only one machine. They would like the application to be accessed by multiple admin staff simultaneously.
