Bug Fixes on UI and Membership Plan, Payment Gateway Fixes -- 2

Job Description:
Need to fix Frontpage/UI of [login to view URL], also want to make it responsive. Need to fix sign up functionality. Payment Gateway fixes (Both Customer and end user), few internal UI fixes, Google Analytics code removal, Restaurant tab fix, Membership plan fix, fix when we change the currency, Live preview bug fix. Also please check tasklists:
1. UI fix, page should be responsive, ppl should redirect to dashboard after sign up (this functionality is already there, just need little bug fixing)
2. Payment Gateway fix from both customer and end-user side
3. Preview: if there is no information regarding restaurant in the dashboard then it just show inappropriate preview
4. Membership: Membership plan fixes, sometimes person get access even after it's plan ends and programming issues
5. Google Analytics code removal: There are 2 codes to the website, just remove one
6. Restaurant tab fix: Showing wrong create date
7. Fix when we change currency: Need to recheck this issue if it's really happening
