A new Car Rental specification we have sent to you has the new technologies we are looking for, Back-end IVR integrations with Avaya contact center PBX -server fully blended Multi-channel support for voice, Email, im, Web chat, SMS, and social media contact types( Telephony server System Avaya) integration with the new Car Rental, Chauffeur and Coaches system database.
The new Car Rental ,Chauffeur and Coaches back-end system will be linked with Avaya Aura contact center software installed on the PBX ( Private Branch Exchange )Telephone System.
A computer with memory that manages the switching of the calls within the PBX out bound and in-bound have to create a customized agent desktop to link data from customer interactions, a Customer calls into the rental office and its answered by the IVR speech and self service application by nuance, the calls within the (IVR ) will transfer information from the IVR to the agent if self service cannot help with customer their query the software which links and Utilize historical data from the database’s of previous customers and transfer to an agent.
The CRM system allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them. a screen pop of historical and real- time customer data from all contact center channels i.e.. Webb chat, email, social media, IVR self service Port’s.
The Car Rental, Chauffeur and Coaches information from the database and website etc... this would all be presented on a single Agent desktop, all this products are sold within the AVAYA PBX, all software will have to be customized and integrated in order to achieve the process.

In the rental locations we will be using Accuratus 104M- PS/2 Magnetic swipe card keyboards for membership & Credit card swipe, this should be integrated into the new Car Rental web back-end.
Web enable PDA with Bar code scanning to scan bar code numbers of a sticker located on the vehicles, Vehicle check-in information would appear on the scanner asking the operator auto generated questions in regards to check-in fuel levels , vehicle damaged, e.c.t .
