1) As per our understanding this application will be made for the User who wants to track the record of the shop in a handy manner.
2) For this we will have a user management system : 1. Registration 2. Login
The user will be register through the system with their basic details and after the successful registration user will be able to login into the system.
3) In home screen user will be able to view the dashboard in which the statistics will be shown of the current month :
[login to view URL] of Items 2. No of Customers 3. Total Sale 4. Total Customer Balance [login to view URL] sale chart of the shop.
4) User will be able to add the customer with the following details (Name,Phone Number,Balance)
5) User will be able to edit and delete customer from the customer list.
6) User will be able to add item with the following details (Item name, Item code, Item Quantity,Item Price).
7) User will be able to edit and delete product from the product list.
8) For Invoicing User will search the customer from the list, searching will be done by name or phone number of the customer if the customer is not found then the User will add the customer. After adding customer name User will enter the product name and the quantity after all the details filled user will generate a bill and proceed for print .
9) The printing will be done using Bluetooth printer connectivity.
10) User will also be able to printout the mini statement of sales from the application.
11) User will also be able to check the balance of customer and the customer invoices.
12) The invoices will be available according to month,week,customer.
13) User will also be able to view the sale report according to month,weekly basis.
14) User will able able to view and update profile.
15) All the invoices and the bills can get printed using Bluetooth printer connectivity.
