The site for users to enable booking a session can be developed. Service Providers provide service and consumers consumes them. Users visit the site and can register with the site. They can schedule or book a session for (training, trouble shooting etc.,). Type 2 users to be available for the booking ( Service Providers ) The availability of them to be displayed on the booking calendar. Users book the service on an available date and time and pay online for the service. Questions: a. Can you provide more details into the external service ( interactive session ) you are referring ?
