Build me a Web Based App

Our company needs a platform to control inventory along two (and more to come) shops. These are Point of Sale based, we're not yet going to invent on our website. This App will need: - a database for orders, sales, repairs, inventory, clients informations, clients orders, affiliates; - check for tasks that for example had 2-3 days without status change and send a text message to the assigned user; - print documents in A4 or Receipt (or send by email); print labels for internal control; Menus explanation Backoffice: - Orders -> orders from supplier where we add stock (option to print label) - RMA's -> returns to supplier that were previously ordered (print A4 doc with a list and labels for each product returned) - Transport -> move inventory from one shop to another (print A4 doc with a list and labels for each product returned) - Affiliates -> keep data of each affiliate and control their commissions, for each sale with their code or coupon, add a certain amount - Refurbish -> mobile phone refurbishing process, if an item is bought as "second hand" on 'Orders' it will show up on the refurbish menu. This menu consists of two phases: 'Housing Change' and 'LCD Change', in which users will be able to select what parts have been used. Clients: - Sales / Returns -> create new sale or return, print in A4, receipt or send by email - Products -> inventory control filter by each shop - Repairs -> create repairs, update status, print label with client's details to stick to their phone, print receipt for customer and print A4 report of what has been done and cost - Clients orders -> create new client order, print receipt as proof of payment, update status of this order Settings: Add/remove Users & Contacts (for text message) Add/remove Shops Add/remove Printers
