I am a sourcing agent that finds manufacturers around the world for various companies in the North America. I want someone to build the first lean version of software that will help me organize my clients, their product Assemblies and Sub-Assembly, and all the suppliers I get to quote for it. The purpose is to make it easier for me to keep all of the information organized so that my supplier selection process can be more efficient and effective.
I say lean because this is only the proof-of-concept round. I am not looking for a comprehensive highly detailed professional software at this time. I am looking for a lean system that allows me to use it and be able to add/subtract field. So that I can later decide what features are important and how my initial vision actually works. I also want to give a couple other agents access to this also to Beta test it.
Later, I will take what I learned and then have someone build a more professional comprehensive system that any Agent can use. If you do well at understanding and building this Lean version, then I will bring the comprehensive job to you with a much larger budget.
