Build a Website

There was not actually a category to describe my project so I chose the closest. I am learning web design and have a page I downloaded that i like and want to use but I don't understand it fully. You can view the page at [login to view URL] and you can download the files at [login to view URL] - Now I don't need any coding done. This is purely for learning purposes. Not all folders in the download are used by this page - I think just css and js and fontsawesome. All I want is comments entered in code to show me where I can change text attributes / position / size / font etc for each section, colours, backgrounds, background images, colours, position of divs. Also the menu attributes, position size colours etc. So I can learn how to change the layout. So no coding just explanatory comments. I think this will just be a case of commenting the css files - but check the code and see. This is a small personal project so should only take a good coder a couple of hours. That is why the budget is low.
