It is a Hybrid App

People will register for a minimal amount and watch live videos, member ship is there

So how many people can logged in at once it has to work smooth, not hang when people watch live streaming videos
People will do online payments via credit and debit card and pay pal and paytm phone pe bhim, Required Payment Gateway
