I have a central Warehouse and 4 stores that will need to login to add delivery in to a schedule like the one attached.
An AM Delivery or PM Delivery.
The amount of deliveries per time bracket no. is (7) - AM Time slot (8am-12pm) and (7) - PM Time slot. So 14 a day but will need the ability to add and take off slots by an administrator. As staff will add customer deliveries daily. As the days become full they should not be able to add lines only by a administrator.
I'd also like the customer the customer to get an txt msg advising of their delivery being booked in for date and time frame and a tracking app they can see how far away their delivery is and where we can see where our trucks are. I would also a customer feedback form immediately after.
Currently we use the attached excel on a cloud based network and I think we can achieve more from a website
