Building one web page for my website

1. Provide PHP based code and related user interface for a mark sheet web page. 2. Required database in mysql. 3. Load back(echo) the data based on Student ID entered in the same form (or) a similar form 4. Save back(update) the edited data to the database 5. Coding very well commented for understanding and troubleshooting 5. Everything should be testable in localhost and by hosting in web site. Student ID, name are text boxes. Average mark is a calculated field which averages all the marks of all the subjects. These data are in one table(table 1). - Save button saves the parent and child records. - Add another row inserts one more row of 'Subject1, Subject 2, Subject3 and Remarks'. - 'Subject1, Subject 2, Subject3 and Remarks' is the child form and these data are saved in another table(table 2). 'Remarks' is a multi line text area control. - Table 1 and table 2 connection is 'one to many' - At the bottom of child form is Student ID with Edit button. - Upon selection of student ID from drop down box and click of Edit button the respective student data needs to be loaded in this form (or) another similar edit form for data editing. - Upon save the all data need to be updated in the database. For creating a new row I am using clone node method in java script. While i am updating, I should show all the values in the same form using ajax. But the problem is while receiving the textarea value from the table-2 in the database in your case that is (student remarks).I am able to display it array of remarks i want to each text area remarks should be display for each row. So, which ever i saved the values previously it should display it in the form as it [login to view URL] that user can update it. I have problem while display before updating for the textarea and other textbox as well. But it is showing in the form of an array.I want to fetch the array value form the database table and display is it in the textarea and textbox for every row how to go about it? this is the [login to view URL] any one give me a solution that is great.
