CAPTCHA project

The project scope is to develop a CAPTCHA system similar to reCAPTCHA from Google. The conditions used to differentiate between computers and humans will be revealed to the selected freelancer.
This project will consist in:
- The back-end system
- The front-end system
- An API library
- WordPress plugin
The front-end system will allow users to:
- Register an account using an email address or a Facebook account or a LinkedIn account
- Login & Recover password
- Configure account (default language, user profile,etc)
- Register domain & get API key(s)
- Upgrade the account from Free (one domain, show ads, minimal CAPTCHA configuration) to Premium (multiple domains, no ads, multiple configuration options)
- Configure CAPTCHA for his/her API keys
- See usage & statistics for his/her CAPTCHA API keys (premium accounts only)
- See documentation
The back-end system will allow administrators to:
- Create / delete / modify / block / unblock users
- Configure languages
- Configure the CAPTCHA conditions (to be revealed to the selected freelancer)
- Add / Configure / Delete Ads
- See statistics per CAPTCHA / per ad (no. of views, correct answers, wrong answers)
- View / modify / add payments for the paid accounts
The API library will allow users to:
- Request and obtain a question from a list of questions, according to his/her API key settings
- Validate the answer and allow the comment to be posted
The functionality is very much like the one in reCAPTCHA - [login to view URL] , the main difference being the type of test applied to an user (image checking in reCAPTCHA versus the other verification process in this CAPTCHA project).
