Change fopen to cURL

I am using a script that makes use of the fopen function which my host disabled.

I want to change this function to the cUrl function.

I found only one file in the script that uses the fopen function. That section of the code looks like this -

// Open the template file

$fp = fopen($tplFile, "rb")semicolon

// Get the content of the template

while(!feof($fp))

$tplData .= fgets($fp, 4096)semicolon

fclose($fp)semicolon
