OS-Class payment pro plugin modification -- 2

Need a developer experienced with OS-CLASS script. Need modification to payments-pro plugin to allow user to pay to move ad to top of list every hour for 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 thru 23 hours for fee determined by admin console. (e.g. - top post every 1 hours for $1 each hour for 2 hours bill out (checkout) $2 or - top post every 1 hours for 8 hours = $8). Hourly Top post fee must be configurable in plugin admin page. Winning bidder must have script and files loaded on (their or ours) developer server and verified before deployment on live server. We expect backups of files modified and change log.
