I need a little electronic board with battery with one input (like switch open or close) that sends an HTTP GET request when open and when close and polling (every minutes) , i whould like to use a ESP32 or ESP8266 but the battery must have 1 year life. i also need something to set inside the board the SSID and password and set the web site where send the HTTP request. We could use Amazon Dash Button or some internet of things

What kind of pooling do you need? pooling will take time and thus consume battery. Do you want to hard code the SSID and wifi password?
