Clone (kind of) of Traffic Trade Script.

I'm looking for an adult style traffic trade script that I can offer other adult webmasters! It would require a skim version that takes 1 or 2% of traffic that is sent through the script.
Basically a close of [url removed, login to view]
However I would like it to have it's own look and feel with it.....
Minus a few features and add a few features......
FEATURES ADDED.......
- I would like a sale traffic features that can stand alone or intigrate into the script with no work at all.
- Paymet proccesor intergration, with existing processor (like paypal) but not paypal. - Input for Price Per 1K of Traffic.
- Send Traffic out to buyer on a % decided by webmaster.
- Turn Sale Traffic

* Off
- If only use Sale Traffic Part
* Input for (other) Traffic Trade script link codes.
* Script must (somehow) be able to decode webmasters skim % to trades, sale and galleries from the other trade script they may use. (Or a suitable work around).
- If only using SALE TRAFFIC part, set a skim of 1% traffic to me.
- If only using TRAFFIC TRADE part, set a skim of 1% traffic to me.
- If using BOTH (sale and trade) part, set a skim of 1.7% traffic to me.
FEATURES REMOVED.......
I figure I can tell you this later as I don't figure the removal of features will make the price you bid go up. Only features I would like added would make your bid go up! :)
Also I will need a very small admin area on my own site that the redirected hits are sent to....
From the admin area on my site I want to be able to see
- Who is sending/using the script
- How many hits other sites are sending...
- Ability to decide where the traffic that is sent to me is redirected to.
- Ability to sale the traffic that is sent to me myself. (so basically take the feature above and add it to the admin area, without the 1% or 1.7% skim).
- I would like to be able to check all users of the script to make sure that they have not modified the skim % somehow or someway! (IE: some form of checksum).
