Codeigniter modifications -- 2

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING A BID! We are running a codeigniter custom built script. It is currently already a multi-language / multi-currency script. It is running under different TLD's, and each TLD automatically loads the respective language and currency. There are however a few parts that to not yet offer system translations. I therefore need someone to help me make the missing parts multi-language based as follows: 1. Users' preferred language Add the option to the users account settings where they can set their preferred language and currency. Upon sign in to their account, the system should refresh in their preferred language and currency regardless of the language that was set before sign in. In short: If I access the website in English, but my preferred language is Spanish, then the system should refresh in Spanish after login. 2. Static pages - All static pages are setup from the back end, but only in one language. Need to add the function to translate the pages on the admin panel into all available languages and the front end should then load the corresponding language as per user preference. 3. Email notifications - Same as point 3, but for email templates. The system should then send email notifications to the user in the language they have saved on their profile as preferred language. 4. Meta data On the back end we can currently add new meta data in one language only. Need the option to translate these into all available languages and the meta data should then be loaded in the corresponding language as per domain settings (e. g. [login to view URL] in English, [login to view URL] in Spanish, etc.). The domain and language settings already exist on the system. That's all for this project, but I can provide more work to be done on the same website after this project.
