comparison shopping site needed

I need a comparison shopping site (can be a clone of [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]) similar idea anyway.
The web site should have wide search capabilities (name, price,popularity etc).
It should have an ability to synchronize data bases with online shops that will be in the system.
Possible to bid only on the engine part of the web site. as the design part can be done seperatly by us. the site will be multilingual.
