I’m building a fully-featured general job board and need someone who can deliver the complete recruitment workflow in one cohesive web platform. The portal must support three distinct roles—job seekers, employers, and an admin dashboard—each with the permissions and views they expect. Job seekers should be able to create or upload a résumé, manage multiple versions, and apply to vacancies through an intuitive applicant-tracking process. Employers will post openings, review candidate pipelines, and track applications in real time, while I’ll handle site-wide moderation, analytics, and user management from the admin side.
