This project needs to be php/mysql, commented, clean valid xhtml code.
Project needs to be basically plug'n play.
Project has 2 components, Users and Admin:
Project is just for development, no graphic design required.
2 types of users "power users" or "users"
"power users" can edit up to 10 existing pages
"users" can edit only 1 page
All Users Login via email address and password.
The user can edit Content of the page or pages depending on their user status.
The user can alias page names to be more institutive.

Users can preview file before publishing to the live site.

There should be a setup page that, user and database info can be modified easily, can be code only.
Something like or similar to:
define('DB_NAME', 'databaseName'); // name of the database
define('DB_USER', 'userName'); // MySQL username
define('DB_PASSWORD', 'userPassword'); // MySQL username
define('DB_HOST', '[url removed, login to view]');
define('tblUserEmail', 'userEmail'); // user email for login
define('tblUserEmail', 'userPassword'); // user password for login
define('tblUserType', 'userType');//super user or user yes/no
Naming convention for pages would be like:
[url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], incPage3.php. etc..
Users could give these pages aliases to make this more user friendly
user could give the above pages an alias so [url removed, login to view] file would be "about us" but the actual page name would still be incPage1.php.
The files should be stored in folder under the root
The Administration section should be
