Convert a set of old Perl scripts to modern PHP 7.2

UK-BASED FREELANCERS PREFERRED I have a set of custom Perl scripts written for my business which need converting to PHP 7.2 in a modular fashion. They need to both function as a standalone script or be able to use dokuwiki as login (plainauth local storage) authentication. The scripts include: -Performance reporting system (post, modify and analyse short reports and attach files) -Work tracking, scheduling and invoicing system. -Competency and training management system (set up employees, set up skills, assign level to skills, notifications for retraining). -Equipment management system (calibration records, notifications etc) Currently written in Perl with mySQL backend on windows server 2012. Need to be converted to PHP 7.2 with mySQL backend on Linux and option for standalone authentication system or dokuwiki authentication. More complete details and features of the scripts can be provided when signing an NDA. Upon successful tender full access to the scripts, datasets (with personal information redacted - as per GDPR requirements) from the databases and test logins to see functionality will be provided. Some small modifications to current functionality will be necessary such as encryption of confidential data at rest with a unique key and salt stored within a config file, separation of data to individual databases instead of each script using a single database for all clients etc. High quality, commented PHP code required. Information security is a priority due to GDPR requirements and storage of client submitted data. Ongoing support, maintenance and feature enhancement contract possible following successful completion. English language skills to idiom level (native speaker) required.
