Vou comprar um template wordpress, provavelmente Real Homes e utilizar APENAS a pesquisa por Google Maps para apresentar a localização dos empreendimentos. O site pode ter a mesma cara do modelo básico com Google Maps apresentado no Themeforest. Essa customização eu mesmo faria, mas quero modificar parte do conteúdo apresentado e daí o trabalho profissional que necessito. A modificação é que irei trabalhar com construtoras, ao invés de um único imóvel. Na construtora eu posso ter várias torres, cada uma com várias unidades disponíveis. Então onde se apresenta o preço do imóvel eu apresentaria uma tabela de preços daquelas construtoras, que seriam um novo elemento a ser criado no banco wordpress. Essas tabelas seriam atualizadas todo mês através de uma tabela excel (essa atualização necessita de uma explicação a parte). Daqui para frente existem outras alterações visuais que explicarei no segundo momento. Em princípio é isso. Coloquei em anexo alguns desenhos toscos de design.
