Cosmetic Changes and Social Trackers

I need some dependable php programmer to perform some cosmetic changes to some of our sites. The individual will also enable social guide link (facebook, twitter RSS etc) . A requirement file is attached. Bidders must be honest in specifying the exact timeline as we will not compromise delay in this new year. Don't even bid if you cannot be trusted with your own timeline. Payment will only be made when the work is successfully completed. No escrow payment. Failure to complete the project in the timeline specified will lead to immediate cancellation of the project and no dime will be paid, hence read, analyze and ponder the attachment before bidding.
