For our website, based on php nuke, we are looking for the following functionality:
- When an user comes to the index page, on the basis of his IP adres he is automatically redirected to the page of the country he resides in.
- When the geographical location can not be determined the user is given a page where he can select his country of preference
- The preference should be saved (in coockie or database)
We have a IP to country list in our DB
