CRE Loaded Paypal Module

I am looking to fix the Paypal module in my CRE Loaded shop at [url removed, login to view] as the order confirmation email from the site does not come through when a user pays via paypal. I cannot use the IPN method so I am looking for another way to confirm the order or discuss alternatives of handling the order.

Also looking for advice to setup HTTPS over the payment pages to secure the card details being stored.
