Create a line chart and colored bar from mysql database table data

I have a script that checks my external website every minute and stores the info in an mysql DB (date time, http response code and response time ) I need a php developer who can create a dotted line chart from this results and a colored bar (uptime) Work to be done: create a php script that connects to DB and generates the line chart default for the last 24 hours like this with X date time and Y response time, also with high, low and avg calculated But we need also a dropdown button to select what to show in the chart - last 24 hours (default) - this day (starting at 00.00 am) - last 48 hours - last 7 days - last 30 days - last 70 days - last 90 days - last 3 months - last 6 months - last 12 months - this month - last year - this year and a date picker to select a custom range: - pick date (1 day) - pick date range (from date to date) We also need a colored bar with the uptime (error field in the DB (0 = ok, 1 = downtime) with the same date range And the data must also shown in a table with the same date range You get access to a hosting account and the Database to work and test.
