Create Sold Property Post Type with ACF Fields and WordPress

I am looking for someone who can start immediately. Please only bid if you have the ability to start this project today and can finish it in a day. Simple project to create a sold property post type, template and feed (query loop). You must use ACF Fields or similar so the client can enter in a few pieces of information such as Address, # of beds, # of baths, and a brief description along with a picture in the admin backend. Client should be able to create categories so that a query loop can be used to only show properties within a certain category when needed ie. a landing page about Washington, DC will show sold properties with the category Washington DC. You then will need to create a template that will showcase this information. I will either give you an example or a sketch to follow. it is not complicated. It should be responsive. The image should be cropped via CSS to show correctly on all screens. You can specifcy a mininum width/height needed for the image. Breadcrumbs will be needed so that it follows this path: Home -> Sold Properties -> Category -> Property Finally, you will need to create a feed to show the latest 3 Sold properties on the homepage using a query loop. Very important details: 1). Code must be semantic and clean. 2). Must use comments when writing code when needed. 3). Always attempt to use CSS when coding views and interactions, and only use JS when CSS cannot achieve the results needed. When using CSS be sure to use fallbacks if necessary. This project is built for modern browsers so nothing before IE 9 needs to be considered. 4). All code must follow WordPress best practices and be documented i.e. if another developer wants to edit this, he/she should be able to easily find it. Automatic bids will be ignored. I am always look for people to work on projects so if this goes well there can be a lot more work.
