Create a Website with login and password and database

I want a website that
- Have a login and password so that customers can access only their own page ;
- Database that can feed daily, including video , audio , text , tables and graphs ;
- Be imputed new items on the menu ;
- Be able to use the database pages and merges them , resulting in the search, the intersection of these data. For example , if one site as prices Bondfaro or Buscape , which has filters that to the extent the customer selecting will appear only results of this intersection ;
- Constant updating
