Along with my development career since 2006 I've seen that many successful ideas can't be realized due to poor planning and low budget assumption. * I can build the whole application for you using Asp.NET MVC & C# and MsSQL. * I assume that the output of customization will be shown to user as static images. In that case, I will need all images with cleared background and with possible combinations if needed. * If you would like to show a 3D model to the user, that can be done using 3D javascript libraries. However, in that case I will need 3D drawings of cars. Also, that will extend to project to a stage involving others than me. In my opinion, the TIME of clients is not less valuable than their budget. So, I try to propose a realistic budget for my projects. As you stated in the document, I will be providing assistance&warranty for corrections without any extra charge more than 60 days. For me trust and reliability are the key factors for both sides in long term. I won't waste your time if I have doubt about the success of the project after we have the initial conversation.
