Customize a php script - add company field to jobs and run reports based on company

Hey, I have a custom php software which is used to manage a service call business. I need to add a "company" feature and use it for reports. I want to add "company" field to every job and run reports using the company. First, I need a new table added to the database called "company". I need a feature that first allows me to import companies from excel file (admins only). Second, interface to add/edit company name (admins only). Third, assign company to job (all users) by using autocomplete select field ( like: [login to view URL]) . All job entering/editing pages will have option to edit company. Fourth, run a report for revenue per company by start and end dates. There are already scripts/pages that have similar functionalities. You can use the same code for this task. Need it ASAP. Work must be done via TeamViewer access between 11pm-6am EST Thanks!
