An Order Entry Clerk is part of our Order and Research department which enters, prepares and sends out legal requests to custodians of records in an attempt to obtain records.
? Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients.
? Heavy data entry.
? Research locations/facilities.
? Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage.
? Internally track parts as necessary.
? Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status.
? Handle problem requests/research/follow-up.
? Quality check all documents, entries and legal paperwork.
? Resend requests/additional documentation as needed.
? Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests.
? Save/Scan all documents.
