Dating Site - Couple of Mods Needed including Picture Commenting

Hi, I run a small dating site and I would like the ability for members to be able to comment on each others pictures. They would be able to leave a comment and then the comment is either approved or denied by the picture owner and displayed below the picture along with the authors username and profile image thumbnail. Also at the moment users pictures are displayed with the width non proportionate to the height so they are stretched e.g a rectangle picture is stretched into a square so it makes some people look fat. I would like this changed so they do not appear stretched and are in proportion. Hope this all makes sense. Scott :o)
