Design and build a tutoring website

The website starts out with a student and a tutor. The student can describe what he or she is interested in learning (example my name is Jennifer and I am interested in learning elementary biology. I am interested in learning Wednesday at a price range of $50/hour). Then, this directs the student to the best match. This would be based on similar premise as Uber, the best match model. The teacher can also give a bio, and has a portal. The teacher would be Tim. After they match, they can set up when they want to meet, chat, and can decide if they want 1) online tutoring or 2) face to face. All of this goes through a searchbar for the student: subject location availability price range level of subject Second imporant function of the website after tutoring is done: The website asks How was the lesson? Would you recommend Tim for other students? Finally, Jennifer gives a rating 1-5 and she gaves a 5. Now, that rating elevates the tutor level. 3 lessons with 5 ratings means Tim, the teacher, can teach multiple people and not just one person. So if he becomes a second tier tutor, he can teach Jennifer and her friend if they request it. Or a third person. After another 3 lessons with 5 ratings, Tim can teach multiple people on multiple levels= he can teach elementary math and college math. After another 3 lessons with 5 ratings, Tim can teach unrelated subjects. So he becomes a third tier tutor and can teach biology or chemistry, whatever. After 15 five ratings, the teacher becomes FEATURED, so he will be featured on the website. His name pops up on the app. So, in a rehash, the student uses a searchbar for what he or she is looking for in tutoring and it connects with people who are the best match. This is also based on location as well. Then, the student can choose who he or she wants to tutor with. On the tutor side, the tutor can see his or her rating and based on the rating, matches up with the best possible tutoring match for them.
