Trabajo para una empresa tecnológica con sede en Florida que procesa millones de consultas; también he trabajado con grandes empresas en España y puedo compartir referencias: OJS es bueno, pero hoy la ventaja competitiva está en montar la revista sobre una base upgradeable LTS + tema hijo + plugins para que el salto a las siguientes versiones con publicación continua y versionado de artículos sea un cambio controlado, no un rediseño completo, y además aprovechar integraciones como ROR DOI ORCID sin romper compatibilidad.
